grape frappe

1 1/2 TB gelatine
1 1/2 C grape carbonated drink
1TB lemon juice

1 C cream

Soak gelatine in 3 TB of cold water 5 minutes. Add 1/3 c boiling water. Cool. Add lemon juice and grape beverage. When nearly stiffened beat until light and spongy. Add cream, beating into the mixture. Serve very cold in sherbet glasses with spoonful of whipped cream on top. Serves 6
