Corn pudding casserole

We eat this quite often. I like it best with baked ham or pork.


2 cans creamed corn

1 can regular mexi corn

1/2 pack crackers,crumbled

1 tsp sugar

1/4 cup milk, adjust as necessary

1/2 stick butter

1 egg

dash pepper

Place creamed and regular canned mexi-corn into a 2 quart casserole dish, add crushed crackers, sugar, milk, pats of butter, egg and pepper.
Add additional milk as necessary, ensuring not to make too soupy.
Bake at 375°F for about an hour.
Great for family dinners.
